What is included in TCC EUROPE 2025 registration?

Your TCC EUROPE 2025 registration includes all scheduled events on the conference day. You can look forward to keynotes, presentations, panel discussions, workshops and masterclasses, and networking with industry thought leaders and experts. Throughout the event, breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided.
Are discounts available?

TCC EUROPE 2025 is designed for CS executives and teams. Increase the learning opportunities and cover more ground with your team by attending separate sessions. Purchase group tickets with the group discounts on the event website. Please contact us if you would like to register a team of 8+ at tcc@congressgeeks.com. For additional discounts, follow our speakers, sponsors, and partners on social media, sign up for our newsletter, and follow the conference page on LinkedIn. We do not apply promotional/partner codes retroactively.
I don't have PayPal, can I purchase tickets using a credit card?

Yes, of course! During checkout, select "Debit or Credit Card" and not "PayPal" to purchase tickets with a credit card.
Cancellation / Ticket Transfer

Full refunds are available for cancellations till October 15, 2024 If you register and are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague up until 24 hours prior to the event. Please email tcc@congressgeeks.com to arrange your transfer.
Do I need to know anything else about registration?

We do not apply promotional/partner codes retroactively. TCC reserves the right to change or cancel incorrect registrations.
What if I have dietary restrictions?

We recommend a dress code of Business Casual or Smart Casual.
